Thanks for your comment, Lindsay! You raise some relevant points: it shouldn’t be society deciding when to reproduce and parenting struggles can happen at any age.

Still, if we plan to have a child this life (and that applies for both men and women) then there is a “better” time to have it. Hence, some of the reasons (and far from an exhaustive list) I gave, based on my personal experience which I humbly believe might be common to many.
