However, we're all "suffering" from the same flaw: we base our arguments on personal experience, which could be relatable to some but not to others. Also, both you and Zulie speak from your U.S. experience while I bring in the European perspective on the topic and I agree that often we don't have to deal with the same kind of employment struggles like you do. We're privileged in that sense but we still need, as Europeans, to have a word in it.
