So sad because they love you like your family, for sure, however, that doesn’t give them any right into controlling your life. It will be unfortunate to lose you but that’s the price we stay for choosing to avoid shame over the grief of a family member. They have experienced shame before to be accustomed to its taste and less grief if they prefer the first.
