Hi, Victoria! I also feel that when taking an emotional affair to the next level, you lose the magic. But knowing that it could become more is titillating. I am very pragmatical in regards to my emotional affair which I shouldn't even call like that. It's more like close friendship and mutual care for emotional needs like feeling heard, seen and validated, respect for boundaries where we both understand the rules and we don't cross them, and of course there's some physical attraction - but that falls last in the list. I am sure that if I would like to end it, I just need to get physical and the magic will fade. So, no. I like what I have and I wouldn’t want to miss it.
