Hi, Cliff. Thanks for your comment. As I wrote in another comment, my husband and I are partners rather than friends. We are in this marriage together because we both need each other, we thrive at running a household together and raising our son, but we're not friends - as in, we don't prefer each others company because we are very different. Hence, while I never physically cheated, although I had plenty of opportunities. Instead, I enjoy the mind wandering and the what-ifs. They recharge and make me a better partner as I care for my emotional needs alone.
