Hey, Tommy! Great insight, thank you!

My husband has always been the type of self-centered individual that focused a lot of his needs. When it came to other people he would have offered any type of support than emotional. He is emotionally unavailable. He lacks, to a great extent, empathy. I believe that it is his safety mechanism against getting hurt. He is not a bad guy. But for me is draining

There are days, when I am so exhausted that I can’t stand his impassivity. He annoys me so much that he is leaving everything on me that I burst into rage.

I am going to therapy. He refused joining me. I feel that he’s keeping his inner world sooo locked that no one will ever trespass it. He looks so self-contained that he rarely allows any trace of vulnerablility to surface.

I am not giving up on him. He’s my son’s father. Only that sometimes it’s damn hard to be a single mom while married.
