Hey, Karen. My employer encourages work-life balance and knows that there are busy times and less intense days. Everyone in our organization, especially now that we work from home has incorporated personal time during the workday but that means that if something pops up later in the evening & it doesn’t affect the family time we will pick it up. Again, during the workday, we’re incorporating personal time being responsible adults so it doesn’t affect work. See where I am going with this? tThere are companies out there where you can do these.
